Warranty & Return Information

We appreciate your order and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns, repairs, and replacements:

In-store purchases

 

Shipping and Processing:

You should receive your refurbished vintage camera within 2–4 weeks from when the order was placed. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible! Each camera is one of a kind and goes through a detailed quality assurance process to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping. 

We do not accept cancellations of orders. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price may apply, covering the costs involved in credit card transactions and labor.

 

Warranty and Eligibility:

We offer a 90-day warranty on all cameras purchased online & in-store. If there is a functionality issue with your product within 90 days of receiving it, you may request a repair. If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, store credit for online purchases. Store credits can only be used online and not in our physical store.

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges due to buyer's remorse.

 

Return and Repair Process:

If you experience an issue with your camera, please contact us at customerservice@wearerelics.com with the subject line "Return Order #” within 60 days of receiving your order.

Once a repair is requested, a shipping label will be provided via email. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Items must be returned in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., price labels, extra accessories, cases).

All returns will be inspected individually; if the item does not pass inspection, it will be returned to you without a refund. Please note we only issue store credit for in-store purchases no refunds.

Keep your tracking number and receipts as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for any damages or losses to your package during return shipping.
